How to make New Year’s cap
For this cute little hat, following material is required:
- two cardstock paper strips of (approximately 22 × 2 inches, head circumference and 20 × 2 inches for the upper part of the caps)
- paper towel
- white tempera
- glue
- brushes for painting

Glue paper towels (9 × 4 inches) to the cardstock paper designed for head circumference. During that process, you can slightly crumple paper towels.The excess of the paper kids can glue on the other side of cardstock paper.
Second strip of cardstock paper, intended for upper part of cap, paint in red color with a brush or sponge. When it dries, cut it to length.
The ends of the colored cardstock paper stick to the inner side of the cap, as shown. Wrinkle a piece of paper towel and stick it to the top of hat.
