Approaching the end of the school year in schools and kindergartens
does not mean a reduction of activities in work with children.
It is necessary to implement activities in the classroom when
the temperature is extremely high. Activities should be creative,
making process simple and final result interesting.
We will represent idea for simple craft for kids in these warm days.
In this article we describe the process of creating 3D flowery meadows. From experience we know that children love to create three-dimensional images, so in this case kids will enjoy.
Material for work:
- color paper
- cardstock paper
- pencil
- glue
- scissors
If you don’t have material for work, check our material for work recommendations for purchase.
Highlight the shape of flower petals on color paper . Use scissors to cut as many petals in several colors.

Spread bottom of each petal with glue and bend it as shown. Order petals in a circle to form a flower. Glue it to the cardstock paper.

Make flower leaves in the same way as petals. Take green paper strips, twist them lengthwise and glue it on cardstock paper to represent the flower stem.
For the end, crumple yellow paper and glue it in the middle of flower.

Children will be delighted with 3D flowery meadows.

I’m lovin all the fun things that kids can make. Thanks for a chance at this sweet giveaway.
I am an artist myself, but only 13. I volunteer at an art center. The director of the art center is going to let me teach in art class this weekend. I’m really excited to teach this to the elementary class.
