As the weather clears up it’s time to head outside
to spend time with our children.
We present you another idea that has a spring as a theme.
This time it is a special kind of flower : hyacinth.
We will made it from paper. These flowers are quick to make
and children enjoy making them.
Material to work:
- colored paper
- cardboard tube
- glue
Stick the strip of green paper on the lower part of cardboard tube, as shown on figure.

Cut or tear by hand the paper in the form of a square. Dimensions of the square may be about 2×2 inches. Now, let your child crumple the paper to make a lot of balls. Balls made of crumpled paper glue on the upper part of the cardboard tube.

Cut leaves from green paper. Glue them and the flower is finished.

This interesting hyacinth can be a great gift for mom, grandmother or aunt, and a nice decoration in the kindergarten.
