You can make these interesting chicks with children
of younger preschool age. Our Easter chicks craft
for kids makes a fantastic table decoration
for Easter dinner.

They are made for a very short time, with little effort and with easily accessible materials.

Material to work:

  • cotton balls (white or yellow)
  • color paper (black and orange)
  • glue
  • egg shell

Crumple black paper and make two eyes for chicken and then make beak from orange paper as shown figure.

Take cotton balls and make from them chick’s body.
For this occasion, it will be better to use yellow cotton, becouse chicks are the same colour.

If not, you can also use white cotton balls. Glue the eyes and beak to the appropriate places.
Put the cotton chick in the shell of the egg, as shown.
